4.2 Acceptable Documents. The following Philippine-issued identity documents are accepted for KYC verification: UMID Card; PhilSys National ID; Philippine Passport; Driver's License (LTO-issued); SSS ID; PRC ID; Voter's ID. Documents must be valid, current, and clearly legible in the uploaded image.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the applicable regulatory authority.
15.3 You and nnn77 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the mechanisms described in Clause 15.2.
